Like many people, I had a devastating event happen in my life, you know the kind. The one that knocks the breathe out of you in ways you never thought possible. Well it happened to me, and my world has now changed...at some point I hope I look back on it and say it "helped me move into a better place". I fell apart then had to pick up the pieces,trying to build something better then what was there before....just like the bionic woman!or was it the bionic man?
Along the way, many things took a backseat to my pain while going through my situation. My boys homeschooling needs was the one that took a hit(and is the one I most regret) , along with just about everything else in my life. I had written a post about turning 40 wasn't so bad...well now I am hoping 41 does me better:) I am now back on track with almost everything in my life and doing much better. This blog for me was such a positive part of my week....writing about the good and the bad of things with homeschooling my boys. I had a lot of people contact me and thank me for this post and for that post. I just had to wait before posting anything else until now, I didn't want to be fake with what I was writing about from week to week. Its hard to write about something cool when you just didn't have the strength to do anything that week.
I just wanted everyone to know that I am back in the land of the living, really living now. My hopes are to began slowly with posts on the blog, but one day at a time. Thank you for stopping by...hoping the tumbleweeds will keeping rolling by and the flowers will take root again.
